What I Did
- Built on two separate projects delivered in late 2025 that laid the groundwork for decommissioning
- Coordinated stakeholder transition activities across affected teams
- Managed the migration of testing capabilities to a modern platform
- Led retirement planning for both legacy systems end-to-end
Results
- HPE PPM decommissioned — May 2026
- Quality Center decommissioned — June 2026
- Testing capability fully migrated to Zephyr
- 2 major enterprise platforms retired in 2 months, on the back of groundwork laid in 2025
