I've spent more than two decades learning the same lesson from different rooms: technology only creates value when people are ready to use it.

That lesson started in a customer service centre in Davao City, continued through operations floors in Manila leading teams of 100+, and expanded across Accenture and Telstra assignments in the Philippines, Malaysia, and India. By the time I left Telstra, I was accountable for service delivery across four vendors and 1,500+ employees.

In 2018, I moved to Denmark to build a new chapter of my life and career. I learned Danish, earned Agile certifications, and rebuilt my career from the ground up — starting as a Business Analyst at TDC Group and progressing through project and portfolio leadership to become a Product Manager at TDC NET.

What I Do Now

I lead initiatives at the intersection of AI, digital workplace platforms, enterprise tooling, and business transformation — shaping product strategy, driving Microsoft Copilot adoption, leading enterprise platforms like Atlassian and GitLab, establishing AI governance models, and helping teams turn emerging technology into measurable business value.

Beyond the Day Job

I serve as a pro bono leadership coach. What began as informal mentoring in telecom and BPO operations has become a personal mission: helping professionals build authentic leadership presence, communicate with confidence, and navigate change with resilience.
