What I Did
- Designed the webinar and training program from scratch
- Established a superuser adoption model to seed expertise across teams
- Run migration onboarding sessions directly
- Expanded training beyond superusers to the wider organization
Results
- ~200 participants trained in English-language sessions
- ~150 participants trained in Danish-language sessions
- Built a superuser-led onboarding model that continues to support rollout at scale
