- Rationalized projects, workflows, statuses, and custom fields
- Removed inactive users and resolved licensing constraints
- Ran stakeholder reviews to make every governance decision defensible

- 268 Jira projects rationalized
- 457 custom fields reviewed
- 152 workflow statuses rationalized
- 14 user accounts unblocked
- Delivered a genuinely migration-ready environment — not just a smaller one
