The Challenge With Atlassian sunsetting long-term Data Center support, TDC NET had to migrate Jira and Confluence to Cloud — for roughly 2,000 combined users, without disrupting daily work.

What I Did
- Defined the migration roadmap and governance framework
- Led security, IAM, Atlassian Guard, SCIM, and provisioning strategy
- Managed superuser onboarding and the testing program
- Coordinated migration readiness across every affected team
Results
- ~1,000 Jira users and ~1,000 Confluence users prepared for migration
- First test migration and validation program completed successfully
- Enterprise IAM and governance model established for Cloud operations going forward
