- Defined adoption KPIs and built the reporting model to track them
- Established Copilot utilization tracking across the enterprise
- Delivered AI training and enablement programs to drive real usage
- Built governance and responsible AI guardrails into the rollout from day one
Results
- 417 enabled users at baseline
- 363 active users in the measured period — an 87% activation rate
- Built enterprise-grade reporting and adoption insights now used to guide ongoing rollout decisions
