Changing how you show up
I help you change how you show up — not by fixing you, but by making your communication more intentional, human, and effective. My coaching focuses on presence, clarity, and connection — so you’re heard, trusted, and understood in the moments that matter. Or, I coach leaders to communicate with clarity and warmth, without losing authority or authenticity.
Who I work with
I work primarily with leaders and professionals who are technically strong but want to be more effective in how they communicate and show up. More specifically, I work with mid-level to senior leaders (managers, senior managers, AVPs, directors), tech and data professionals stepping into leadership roles, high-performing individual contributors preparing for more visibility and influence, new or transitioning managers who want to lead with clarity and confidence, and global professionals working across cultures and time zones.
Leaders
I help leaders communicate with clarity and warmth, without losing authority or authenticity.
Tech Professionals
I help tech professionals stepping into leadership roles to gain presence, clarity, and engagement.
Global Teams
I coach leaders working globally, where misalignment often comes from how messages land, not from lack of skill.
A practical approach
I don’t coach theory or titles — I coach how you show up in real conversations. People often tell me they leave sessions feeling clearer, calmer, and more intentional — and that others notice the difference before they even do.
It’s practical, not performative.
We work on real meetings, real updates, real feedback conversations — not generic scenarios.
How I'm different
My approach is grounded in lived experience. I’ve been a service delivery manager, product manager, portfolio manager, and now work in Data & AI. I understand the pressure, the politics, and the pace. I sit at the intersection of Data & AI, leadership, and human communication. I’ve worked inside complex systems where clarity, speed, and decisions matter, and I coach from that reality — not from abstract models.
